Life-threatening emergency
Call 999 immediately, then alert any staff member.
Medical
A fully staffed medical tent is located near the main entrance and open throughout the event. For non-emergency assistance, go directly there or speak to a steward.
Welfare
The Welfare tent is a safe, calm space for anyone who needs support. Trained volunteers are on site all day. No questions asked.
Lost property
Lost property is held at the Info Point. Items unclaimed on the day can be collected within 7 days — contact us via the website.
Lost person / child
Report immediately to any steward or the Info Point. A reunification area is located next to the main entrance.
